About James
I have a great career and I love it, for I have the opportunity to earn an income and support my family by helping my amazing clients achieve their real estate goals! As a consequence, I find it easy to be energized to go to work passionately on behalf of my clients. It is my sincere goal to develop long term relationships with my clients, not simply one-off transactions. I want to be your REALTOR for life!
I was born in Vancouver and raised primarily in Richmond. Since graduating from Steveston High school in 1985. I have had the great opportunity to live in several Lower Mainland communities across my adult life, most recently settling in Pitt Meadows with my wife and two young children. This experience has given me the knowledge to comfortably and confidently advise on buying and selling residential real estate in many Lower Mainland neighbourhoods. I do however tend to focus on the communities of Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge,Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Burnaby and New Westminster.
I have a Bachelor's degree with a concentration on Urban Geography and Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I am a perpetual student of markets and human behavior. As well, I have been a professional skydiving instructor with several thousand student contacts. These experiences have proven highly beneficial to my real estate business. I have found that helping my clients buy or sell a home is much like helping a client learn to skydive, as both activities are typically positive, exciting experiences. Most negative outcomes and stress are avoided or managed by effective communication and implementation of a correct process. Therefore, I use a consultative approach in my business to correctly assess your real estate goals first, then we'll implement a plan tailored to help you confidently and comfortably achieve them.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve you, give me a call for you real estate needs, you'll be glad you did!
